It is not comtept of court order........... I doubt the HC judge even were knowing the so called rule of not providing bail when SC rejected.....I doubt their capabilities as judge.....I doubt if they have been become judge by fair selection process.
It is sad but unfortunate truth that many corrupt elements have infiltrated the judiciary too! Severe action must be taken against the concerned judge or judges of the Patna High Court, responsible for this gross impropriety!
