If you were on a mission such as Kasab, would you rely on google maps? What if google maps missed a particular gully or did not mention which street was one-way. Wouldnt you want information such as which entrance of Cama hospital is on which street. Google maps is not meant for critical mission planning and it is not even that accurate. You would need to have maps that were prepared from a recently done first hand recce with annotations regarding mission critical information that only a co-accused can know (such as how many attackers were going to be there, how many weapons, weight of their baggage, etc). And regarding the blood stains, what if the maps were in a special pouch or in a plastic bag. Was that information mentioned? The terrorists would have obviously memorized the maps and would have safely stowed them away (in a plastic pouch or something similar) for only sporadic reference. I think the acquittal of the other two accused is politically motivated. GOI needs to stop playing cheap games for political brownie points and start calling a spade a spade.
Dear Vicky, You know a map of any corner on the globe can be had very well nowadays by even a child thr' Google in this highly computerized age and for terrorism thr' map has a strong base where to act. In this pretext what do you think, whether now on every criminal or terrorist will have a safe passage by this silly comment as in this acquittal of two that even such maps are available finely on Google thus excusing that it is being not material / substantial evidence in the case.
Also, it is charged against Kasab for waging a war against India. Then why this case should not have been conducted by the military court instead of civil court.
I can not immagine how much hypocracy we can bear from Indian Judicial system so uch of delays .. Tax payers money is being watsed in these trails ..to teh tune of 100 crorores ..we could have saved many Indians by this kind of money ...all our media will see that Kasab plays some role of Hero in Indian moveis ..and stupid Indians will go for watching teh movie also..No ethics in speech ,..no maorals..Of course all is being driven by ruling central Govt ...we are really setting so bad in this wrold by such morraly corrupt peoples actions ...I wish all Indians really come together and fight against and get down this morraly corrupt people from the power ...Journalizm ..so much of negative traits in every news ..day and night same recaps ..even 3 sentences they can't sepak differently ..totally driven by Politicians ...I hope that supernatural power which is still working to run this country will bounce back someday to get out these people..

Dear MK, This is the cong policy to name hidu fundamentalist to neutralize the anguish of people against terrorism an emotional black mailing of minorities.When the blast occurred in Ajmer,Hyderabad ,the same govt named the people belong to IM and later SOME OTHER.
If the case against the two accused in 26/11 was so weak then on what pretext they were arrested for so long. Why don't they sue the Maharastra govt for damages. How can you even arrest them without a water tight evidence and if the police really believed that they are terrorist then why not investigate for a conclusive evidence.
The upa Govt has no guts to hang abdul fazal, guru and rest of the terrorists. They will also not hang Kasab... why? cause they will loose muslim votes more terrorists will come, more hindustani's will be killed... and the story goes on..thiscountry is run by an autocrat... under the dictat of the US abhay
