Out of 74 crores, how many crores have been swallowed by various levels in the Police/Judiciary system ??? India has sunk in it's values so much that it has become irresolvable.

Don't lose hope. These days change is possible in marvellous magnitude triggered by one or a few person(s). Change will surely come. Better if change for the good comes. We can bring it. rightinformer.com

If we decide to honour justice, it is the gain.
by Jacob Balasingh on May 04, 2010 05:20 AM  | Hide replies

A terrorist is always ready to die. Hanging him doesn't work any magic. Peace can be achieved only through justice. We would gain a bit if we say let justice prevail in all our actions of every day life. I am ready. Anybody else ready?. rightinformer.com

Do we poor gain anything out the any legal verdicts In India?
by mammen antony on May 04, 2010 12:22 AM

We are simply sustaining a bunch of so called legal clowns, whose subsistence depends on the prolongation of even the simplest civil/criminal cases to Decades, and the same case can be solved in a matter of a week if the tripartite(Both the parties and the Judge) sitting is taken sincerely. Here In India Judiciary is a business, for the Judge, Advocates and the court staff to lure money from the litigants, longer the duration of case higher the Income. If you want entertainment, go to any court, just sit there for mo and watch the proceedings. When the Judge arrives reminiscent of the royal Darbar, all advocates bent their anatomy 90degree to show their loyalty(and the same advocate comes out and bad mouth the Judge is a commonplace). It is total melodrama, just a time pass for the Judicial personnel, and the judge does not even take 5 to 6 seconds to read the whole file. Poor guy does not even know what is the crux of the problem, but he feigns he is the most intelligent Judicial luminary .And in a mattter of a minute he adjourns the case to a convenient date, usually after 3months, for no rhyme or reason. If this is the modus operandi of our Judicial Deities, why there would not be, not 3 million pending cases, I say 3 billion pending cases. Nothing will improve this republic, it is as good as a gone case, and it is our sheer bad luck that we are born among these blood suckers.
