Why use the words capture. As if they were spies. One one hand you say they were fisherfolk. What was the level of their education. Are they supposed to know political boundaries can they be demarcated in a sea.Navigation in simple vessels is difficult. It depends on the vagaries of the sea currents in water and air.It is difficult to be a seamen than just to be a gun totter and capture such hard working people who create food for people.Real men respect workers .They have work to do .Keeping track of laws are not their job. They belong to unorgaisized sector and their case ought to be taken up by International Labour Orgainsation.
the truth is that the fishermen caught by the Pakistanis were actually Indian M's who deliberately ventured in to Pakistani waters and will return back with plans from their masters in Karachi. All this drama is created to make fool of the population who fall for it.

if you cross over to someone else's maritime boundary what the navy should do...they should go and fight with the pak.
it is good enough that they treated these 'intruders' quite well (slapping should be considered just minor welcome, as do with any police organization)...possibly because they were of same relegion
