It is time that miniseries charge is given to those with impeccable records of performance.It is time that individuals comprising of defense personals/police -senior ,retired , and proven track record of management should form a GONS( Group of national security)and advise HM at central level. The same set up should be there at state level. Mr. PM & political chiefs of all parties, you can not make this nation great , a paradise on earth- which it can become with so much of potential & heritage, by playing the games of vote bank only. entire bihar and jharkhand (and also the tribal areas of UP) need to be turned to forest. Even the farmlands should be made forest.
Those bigger urban areas/cities that cannot be forested should be given to neigbour states.
