......I am sure if honourable Mahatmaji would have been alive today, he would be have the most happy person, by watching this secular actions, taken by the great secular Iranian government.

He would have backed Iranian Government's action wholeheartedly, just as he backed KHILAFAT MOVEMENT in 1920.

The regime in Iran is on its way to winding up
by IMTIAZ KHAN on Mar 17, 2010 01:40 PM  | Hide replies

When regimes start acting brutally, normally it is the beginning of their end.

History tells us whenever any regime resorts to extreme measures, it is trying to cling to power by scaring the people. The people they say have infinite patience, but when that patience breaks invincible dictators have had to flee their respective country's.

This episode of a youngster of only 20 years being executed is the height of brutality. In a civilised democracy he would have been sent to a juvenile rehab centre.

Iran which was once a prosperous and thriving modern nation sadly has fallen back on hard times thanks due to its mullahs who have taken it back to the 5th century.

Iranian people hate their rulers but are helpess as the army and other security oriented people are with the Govt (This people are well taken care off by the Govt to suppress dissent like what is done in North Korea).

Moosavi or Khatami would have made a fine Pres for Iran discarding baggage of isolation and taking their nation out of the mindless mullah culture. Sadly it has not happened. Feel sad for the fine Iranian people who are cultured and refined people.

This brutality on the part of regime is an admission that the latest presidential election was rigged. The regime is responding with increasing brutality. Normally all dying regimes act like this.

The communist regime of China managed to suppress the uprising brutally. They were quite successful at it. Am not sure though for how long they will manage to suppress a billion people little or zero liberty.

Bombings have divine sanction, stoning doesn't, unless it is against Kafeeers. Their hypocrisy and double standards will astound you...
