The mastermind of 9/11 attacks on the WTC twin towers is still undergoing trial. It should be remembered that thousands of Americans died in the WTC attacks of 9/11, and the master mind is still undergoing trial.
On the other hand consider the case of Saddam Hussein, agreed he was a dictator in his own country, But... he had not killed any innocent US national, then why did US hang him to death without putting him under trial?? And they hanged him in his own country, after invading it!!!
I just fail to understand the double standards of US

India will break US record. The 26/11 case will drag for 50 years and Kasab will be granted pram vir chakra courtesty United Porki Alliance
Its been nine years and the trial has not yet even begun. America should show the world the democratic way by going for a civilian trial instead of a military trial. And those Indians looking to "shoot Ajmal Kasab like a pig" need to a take a leaf out of the US' judicial and democratic system. Because instant-retribution is not a democratic society should run for. That is the forte of the Taliban. Any decent society must follow the rule of law. And that is what the US is doing.

"a decent society will hang or terminate anybody who is doing wrong to innocent people in the world": Yes. But after a full trial in a court of law and not on the lines of "am eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" principle that many of us would love to follow here in India.

if they hand him how will they appease the countless cutlets in US..they will play hide and seek the same way the Indian government is playing with the ever multiplying cutlets in India.
