once in spotlight ... rathore really has no sympathizers except his close fami1y

bhardwaj may refuse to fight ... or try to take advantage of this case as being the reason for vengeance against him elsewhere ... but where is the truth?

but then there is no dearth of lawyers who'll be ready to fight this case just for free publicity

dude, this bhadwaj is a lawyer .. he knows what how to take advantage from this case ... he is not above the law .. if he has done something wrong, he must be punished regardless of this ruchika case ... he cannot just blame this investigation on ruchika case

otherwise, all high profile layers will be untouchable

Rathore punishment
by Kuldeep Khatau on Jun 30, 2010 10:35 PM  | Hide replies

Deposit the pension amount in Ruchika's family's bank accounts...along with pension of all those people who were involved in delaying justice...I know money is not a solution Ruchika;s family is looking for but it will be a compentation for fighting a long battle in court to seek justice.

good point ... but not so easy ... I bet very soon rathore's wife will be filing a lawsuit that the pension is hers as she has no other source of income

Is it enough to just react?
by rahila A on Jun 30, 2010 10:18 PM  | Hide replies

Are we under the impression that justice is done in this case? This is a 'token' case, the face of the law & order situation in India. So many other Ruchikas are still seeking justice, many innocent lives are lost by the very people who are meant to protect lives and honour of the common man. Justice will not be done till a solution is derived to put this menace to an end. Yes sir, justice is not done.

slowly but surely ... we are getting there

rahore is no longer the all wielding powerful man he once was ... let it be slow ... let rathore face the pain of fighting a legal battle and everyday of fighting in court and showing his disgraced face to public

at the end I hope he gets sentenced at least for life, if not hanged

Selective Action
by iota on Jun 30, 2010 09:52 PM  | Hide replies

based on Media Hue and Cry.

Why Sajjan Kumar, Jagdish Tytler, Kamal Nath are not in Jail?

Why Justice Dinakaran is enjoying in Karnataka, when he was already given Transfer Orders.

Why Madhu Koda is roaming like a Angel?

Why MNS Thugs are tolerated?

India has become a LAWLESS COUNTRY.
Selective Justice is no good.

The pension amount is nothing for this crooked and corrupt criminal who is worth hundreds of crorers. He should be hung for the murder of a child.
