good police work

that the three assailants were found, indicates good degree of police work. Sadly criminals have multiple motives for their attact, sometimes money, race or sheer sadism. A combination is also sometime the case. A sadist will feel more self-justified against a certain race other thanhis own, and hence may not feel bad about robbing the victim either. Various motives are usually at play simultaneously (greed, anger, pride, lust, etc.) in attacking various victims. For example a rape and robbery can go together, just like white-racial-pride and greed can go together too. Things are not always simple.

Some or many of the attacks in OZ were motivated by the fact that the victims were Indian looking. Some Australians have developed hatred perhaps as a result of criket rivalry and what happened at Sydney. While some Americans are racist undoubtedly, the US judicial system and police and public are more intolerant of crime and hate crimes that the Ozzie equivalents seem to be.

Condolences

My heartfelt condolences to the Sinha family. The US society is turning back to the dark ages; street gangs, drugs, prostitutes, carjackings, murders, rapes, racial attacks .. you name it! It is fast becoming a criminalized society. While at low level you have this, at higher levels the politicians are worst - look at the sex scandals in past years!

colour matters

the brutal assault definetly shows that we are at receiving when it comes to attcks in West becoz of colour.we are easy prey as our governments never show the resentment to wastern countries.Even our defence minister during NDA rule was made to take off his clothes yet out of shame ,nobody reported it. Our Ex president is made to take of clothes in our own country, yet we did nothing. A typical inferiority complex.
