NO, Do not kill him. torture him, cut one finger everyday, after that a hand, then a leg and throw him on road. He has maimed many children,and audults. He does not deserve any death sentence. He should be subjetxe to torture, so that none lese will repeat such dastardly acts.

yeah. Instant death will not be any punishment for the scoundrel. After all the torture u have prescribed, hang him in front of the public so that it becomes a lesson to others.
