P.D.Dinakaran should either support Naxalites or join the cadre, as the current system is not a place for SC/ST.
Even with UPA in center there is no way that action will be taken against this man as he is xian, so to have this vote in south this case will be lying ideal. Same what happened to MCI chief suddenly no news just to garner Desai vote in Gujarat case has been silenced, congress saw Gujarat govt is soft on him this will garner Desai vote to BJP, to take it in their way that too has been silenced by CBI.

When we havent got justice from Anti-sikh riots even after 26 years
When we havent got justice on many similar cases and in contrast we are seeing many accused in such cases roaming freely around Delhi & US and also No hanging yet for terroists like Kasab and Afzal Guru ? dont know for what is Govt waiting ? may be another hijack ? to kill civilians and rescue these humanity killing terrorists .

Add that also - gujarat of 2002 but what can we expect from Indian justice system which cant solve and give justice to issues of more than 25 years old like bhopal and anti sikh riots .
Gujarat train massacre is 8 years old case. let the old cases get solved first

really thank you for the eye opener statement. no GK i think, read about Justice Ahamadi of the Bhopal case, go and do some study son.
People can be befooled so easily, people occupying the parliament, our beauraucrats our judiciary is just an eyewash. Every where it is only corruption. These so called judges seem to be the biggest culprit as common people come to them for justice and what is recd in return? 2 yrs for killing 25000 people, INSANE, MAD this judge needs a psychatric treatment. People go with immense faith to them and they get sold for some mere recognition or some money classic eg of Justice Ahmadi. KICK THEM ALL OUT IF THESE GUYS TAKE 20-30YRS IN A CASE WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY SITTING THERE FOR.
