this is because the supreme court is not able to take any action as regard to the functioning of Chief Justice. supreme court instead of repremanding the Judge of the High Court should have requested the CJ of Supreme Court to take corrective action in this regard at the earliest. public have started speaking low of the judiciary/advocates
