Indian judicial system is totally flawed.

Indian judicial system is totally flawed.
we have a situation were a American kills 30,000 Indians by setting up a plant with faulty design and going ahead with operations even when safety procedures are not being met.
Such a guy is given a government plane to abscond and treated like a VIP guest
A supreme court judge equates manslaughter of 30000 Indians it to a mere car accident

No politicians is caught for facilitating his escape. The fact is Congress spokesperson Mrs Natrajan with all the arrogance says she will reply as when she wishes

The Indian judicial system ,politicians and police all favor the rich and will do all that is possible to extricate them from any liabilities

A careful study of most of the judgments in Indian courts will see that the poor are always deprived of justice. On mere some technical terms justice is denied to the poor. The rich (including Govt Corporations ) get away with killings and lootings and the judicial system, politicians and police are always present to help/assist them get away

by Yoyo Muni on Jun 13, 2010 04:28 AM

Why all this outrage. Its been 26 yrs. Nobody cares about poor. Look at yourself, you b'astards wearing tie and suit, and imagining yourself in suit and tie. You b'astards lick the a'rses of white guys and America. Don't show your knee jerk reaction. Urban Indians are slaves and have the power. Have you moronnettes read Gandhi's book called Swaraj. If not then shame on you mof'uckers. You idiottes are outraged because your ego got jolted that some foreigners kicked yours a'rses. Not because 100,000 poor died. Don't kid yurself.
