India's judicial system is rottening, its pathetic , it includes supreme court's decision as well. Most of the big guys are always unaffected by the trials, take all the exmples, Reddy mining cases, Nitish katara ( media did its job , not court :) , BMW cases, Taj case, Sikh killing by congressi's , lalu fodder case, all politicians are still protected and they will again do these jobs.,..

BHOPAL TRAGEDY

Let us face it squarely--We are a country that cares only for the rich and care two hoots for the poor. The Bhopal Tragedy where only the poor suffered is a glaring case in point. 26 years and no justice and we call ourselves a civilised law abiding nation. WHAT A JOKE ON THE POOR OF THIS COUNTRY? Why not end this trial and officially acquit all the Union Carbide Officials? Had the rich, mighty and well connected suffered then the trial would have come to an early end. Our so called egalitarianism is a big farce. In the last sixty years after independence the poor have not even got the short end of the proverbial stick. We call Pakistan a failed nation and derive pleasure from Pakistan's state of affairs, but we are certainly no better. WE ARE ALSO A FAILED STATE WHERE 40 CRORE POOR HAVE DIFFICULTY IN LEADING A LIFE>

If a case involving murder is given more than 10 hearing by judge -
50% of the judge's and judge's clerk's salary should be withhold until they are able to give judgement, the judge and judge's clearks keep on taking bribe and postpone judgement forever.

More tragedies to come

This US company showed a sample of what they can do, similar companies like these are already started taking toll on india. One of these is Monsanto(Pfizer company) who are involved in selling GM modified grains. They are here to make slaves of india and rule the whole govt thru this. Many cotton farmers in Maharashtra have committed suicide because of there product Bolguard. Our politicians are fed to the brim to not talk against them. We need a rovoultion if we do not want to be slaves one more time. LETS BOYCOTT THESE COMPANIES LIKE MONSANTO, PEPSI ETC. KICK TEHM OUT OF INIDA IF WE REALLY WANT TO SAVE INDIA. ECONOMY IS NOT DEPENDENT ON JUST SO CALLED NUTS AND BOLT DEVLOPMENT ITS ONLY RUINING THE ATMOSPHERE LETS GET BACK TO BASICS, BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.

In a country where a trial like this takes 26 years to complete, let's not have any illusions about getting "back" to basics. We are far from even reaching "basics" to begin with.

India should attack US
by mahe on Jun 07, 2010 11:18 AM  | Hide replies

In 9/11 attack, 3000 people died and the US alleged that its was conducted by men living in caves in Afgan. Hence, to punish the culprit it bombed the entire nation and still is bombing.

Similarly, in India in Bhopal gas tragedy, more than 15,000 people died and the culprit american citizen ran away and was given protection and asylum in the US. Using US logic of 911, India should attach US and ask to return that Warren Anderson

Ah, what an enlightened suggestion! And what is preventing India from attacking?

Answer that question for yourself and you will realize the stupidity of the question. Better stop fantasizing and do a reality check.

good logic, but do u think the crash on 9/11 was a terrorist attack? no it was not it was all dully done by US govt to make an excuse to attack Iraq and other places to take control of the Oil stocks getting scares. There are many videos on the net to prove that even the attack on the pentagon they said it was done by a plane but have u ever seen a small part of the aircraft?? its all cooked up US is the biggest terrorist.

Atul:

Absolutely true. And your investigative powers are sorely needed to also crack open the case of "who is at fault in the IPL melee?".... ;-)

Which I am sure you would have cracked open in a mere 37 minutes - but for some reason - have chosen not to publish your findings yet... :)

To be an American has its advantage, except from American law, you are above the law of the rest of the world.

In todays world mankind is unjust, hence the chaos rules the world.
