Law Minister himself admitting "justice is buried" confirms bankruptcy of judiciary itself in India. Crores of cases are pending in Courts just because our LEARNED CROOKED & CRIMINAL MINDED LIERS (LAWYERS) CAN KEEP ON ASKING FOR POSTPONEMENT OF CASES FOR CENTURIES TOGETHER. AND THEN ALSO WAITING FOR FAVORABLE CORRUPT BENCH IS ANOTHER REASON. JUDGES GOING ON LEAVE (DUE TO HEALTH TO OTHER REASONS) IS ANOTHER. SO WE HAVE SEVERAL WAYS/REASONS TO POSTPONE A CASE FROM 18TH CENTURY TO 21ST CENTURY. AND OUR GOVT CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT CUTTING SHORT THE PROCEDURE.

'Bhopal Tragedy' was one of the worst calamities that struck humanity in the 20th century. In terms of suffering that endured the tragedy for decades after its happening, it is comparable to Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombing with atom bombs.
The anger and helplessness of the victims at the ridiculously mild terms imposed on the guilty and the pittance they got as compensation after waiting for more than two decades, are very understandable. If gas tragedy happen in China within month all; accused will be hanged.If it happen in U.S.A. all accused will be jail at least 100 year. we Indians always are treated in that humiliating way.. The reason is in ourselves my country men. China can threaten the US with its economic and military power! India cannot.. we are too inefficient that our missiles often misfire, our LCAs roll out thirty years after the idea was conceived, we import (and so dependent) more than 90% of our defence requirements (not only armaments, but even the 'boots' for our soldiers in cold places like 'Kargil', and so on... I do not want to list our inefficiency as a Nation... the list covers every walk of life... so also our penchant for corruption nepotism seeping through every stratum of our society...

contd... The people get the government they deserve.. and they get such treatment as they deserve amidst the comity of nations.. what if we are a one billion plus people? We have no veto in the "security council".... because we are substandard race! Hurts isn't it. It does every hard working and honest Indian.. but we are a minority friends... the rest who are inefficient and corrupt are in majority and ruling our country and they have because of their' sub standardness' no right to feel hurt... for, they deserve the treatment..
Unless we change our 'National Ethos' reorienting it to 'Total efficiency' and' total eradication of corruption', India will be shoed away by western shoes, but will be scared if China just lifts its 'chop sticks'.
Indian hate Indian Police. Indian hate Indian Court. Indian hate Inidan Govt. Means, Indians are not eligible yet to celibrate Independance day. The so called Independance day is just a Govt. Transformation Day. 15 August is the day, when crual Angrez handover the power to lovely looking but crual at heart Congress.
All these days we were thinking Moists, Naxils, etc. etc. are the terrorists. Now it is clear none of them are to be blaimed for their activities.
The original culprits are our own Government, judiciary, and politicians. The are the terrorists, they are the maoists, and naxals. They are killing citizens through their agencies. They are the real culprits. But any can punish them. No the punishable people also they and their agents. In India nobody is going to be safe. Only milityry rule can save our country.
It's not justice burried, but apathy in judicial system which leads to burried justice. No point in commenting after the event, atleast from here on work towards acheiving speedy justice.
It is unfortunate ..that justice is so much delayed and ultimately denied in a crude verdict ,,in our country human life is so cheap ..but now the time has come that India must think twice and make new and strict laws in such cases ,,it has become all the more important in this age of 'globalization' and 'open -ecomony'.....
Our Goverments are excellent for sposoring Mass Murders, we dont need any terrorist organisation to kill indians. Goverment ensure that citizens die begging for justice in case of any such industrial incidents, it ensures that every year citizen die travelling in train, buses or air travel. We have very capable goverment in denying justice, after all they took 2 years to prove kasab was guilty. We should be prould to be Indian, we are not a life for our giverments but a votebank, i will not say god help india, b'cas god is not here to listen..we are in hell..now Moily wants to be sympathiser., he wants to e leader...this is how leaders are born in india...Bullshit.
