Quite possible. Headley could be a US double agent, hand in glove with the CIA. Why else should the US hesitate NIA to interrogate him?

U.S. like india is a democracy, Healdey has a legal team and you cannot meet any one without their consent, i mean the team could access to him and he can say 'no comments' US is working hard to make sure that does not happen

With most optimism, even if America gives access to Headley and deport him to India, what will we do with that? At one time it was said that Headley has perhaps also worked for CIA of USA. All this makes Headley very precious resource for his former employers. They would perhaps like to keep this resource hidden as far as possible we are not given access to a guy who is main culprit of mumbai carnage. how funny!! are we compromising to much to USA and compromising our national interest?
Do u think after reading all these that can we indians get the real/truth behid all this mess...? Do not blame muslims...

You are right. MMS & Madam are cheating all you mohammmeds who support them for all non-sense. And you guys support them for all hypocrite behavior/deeds. You support them because you consider India not your mother land. You believe kafir land like Pakistan is best place to live in. It is wakeup call to you guys. When Hindus reduced to minority in India (may be another 30-40 yrs with conversion supported by madam)..They will butcher you first. America is using you guys against India. And ultimetly they will kill you too after finishing great country like India.
Even if our interrogators obtain volumes of information from Headley, it will still remain a "literature" for Pakistan. Headley himself must actually be punished in India, which just will never happen. Our External Affairs minister and Secretary etc. are also incurring criminal waste of money and time on these talks with Pakistan. The gargantuan stupidity of removing so-called "trust deficit" between India/Pakistan is also a needless exercise in idiocy. Unless and until India truly becomes mighty in arms and brave mind-set to act, all these futile actions of the govt. are only an eye wash and excuses for the benefits of the favourites. With Barack Hussain Obama as the US President, India can never expect anything that would be fair, just and reasonable - gone are the days when America was a true symbol of these virtues !
