Going forward, if India attacks pakistan, they will not kill any Pakistani soldiers. They will catch them then in SC case will be fought and if they are found guilty only then they will be punished.
If any Armyman kills any Paki, CBI will do an inquiry into it and PM will say he is not having any hand in that inquiry..jai ho

How abt alleged fake killings of terrorists in teh batals house, Why these case is not given to CBI. If at all the case is given to CBI (I dont know under whose jurisdiction the police come under)_ so Does taht mean either Sheila dixit or home minister of UT or centre would be summoned by CBI.

well said arshad..... you very well explained the one side of the coin.....the other side of the coin is that citizens should respect the law of the land and in this case, sohrab was a criminal as well..... Criminals need to be removed from the society and thats what police did, though the method was wrong...

I agree with you Razzaq ahmed the method was wrong but it is not the only encounter in the country. If a criminal is killed than i think exception should be made if not most of the police force police shoul be under CBI inquiry and should face trial just like this one as there are large number of fake encounter
It is strange that Rediff is giving 3 coverage on Sahabudhhin out of 11 news items. This shows how less the media and Rediff is concerned about mors intense problems

How abt fake killings by Mr A Q Khan during gangwars of mumbai..specially Lokhandwala complex killings, where right from the govt to the public welcomed it because those criminals were real nuisance to public just like Sohrabuddin. Nobody objected to it or Suspended Mr Khan for killing a Hindoo dreaded criminals MAYA DOLAS..The govt at that time was ruled by Congies...Dolas had got his start running several successful extortion rackets for the Indian National Congress criminal-politician
