this situation arises because india's new found mantra of playing a sensible and progressive country -- at all and any costs---. in this race, they just concern about their image and think how the world will react if we do this and that.
our nature is we first think what other's will think about us???? if we attack or use tit-for-tat.
we always strive to be in good books of other countries.
we always projects ourselves as friendly and generous. always belive in forgive and forget, even though we are badly fick upped.
I think, one should make mistake and turn blind and deaf to the world. Do it or die and if you do it do it 100%. Use nuclear no problem.
Otherwise, USA will say this, china will say than and UN will say something.
If we have to continuosly hear and listen to all this countries, what is our identity? i can't imagine what china will do if we do and have the nuclear pact with Taiwan or HK or Macau for this matter. Or we supply even logistics to them and where china perceive it as anti chinese! They will immediately attach and mind well they don't need permission from anybody to do this.

Yes you are correct India should support for balochistan freedom.Lot of inncocent people killing and their full rights declined by Pakistan Army .

i dont support his idea of supporting balochistan! only if we are coward than we do this.
if balochistan has to fee, they will do by themselves.
to hide our weakness, why take that route. it should be their internal matter so much so kashmir should be our part and internal matter, ( read arunachal also )

Failed state Pornistan will disintegrate on its own, no need for the world to do anything. It has enough resources within to do the noble task.
