See kiilling any innocent man is CRIME against humanity, readers in this forum please dont support such activity,It is not a big courage act to kill somebody by gun mis-using power,i seen there is much support for innocent killing in this forum because killed innocent belongs to minority groups,though by default there were 20 crores muslims and 3 crores Xtians in india,we cannot do the injustice with them,if we support roudism,terrorism and innocent killing,later one day our own family members may be killed like that or we dont know when our death will come,sometime we may be get sudden death also, it is the exam of GOD who is watching all.

By real name whatever u may be. Principally agreed with yr viewpoint, then what abt a very recent case of Azad in AP if u r talking of humanity? Swami Agnivesh represented profoundly to the Center Home Minister Mr Chidambaram at Delhi that it was the fake encounter in an open broad day light. Do u think this way the Maoism or Naxalism be curbed just by killing the poor ppl haphazardly and the other hand, PM & HM both r excusing for no use of military force against them since they r our ppl? However, he is utterly refused for CBI probe in the matter. WHY? Just becoz of Cong. Govt in AP? According to u, was he not a human wanting justice? Is it that the Cong simply just labelled him as the Maoist Commander for its political interest? Do u know about the last hearing in the Gujarat High Court held just few days back, when the Govt Prosecutor presented before the learned High Court so many of the recorded facts that, if as per CBI it was a fake encounter, then compared to Gujarat, in rest of all States of India, there have been numerous encounters already taken place far more than Gujarat, what about that? Has the Central Govt ever taken care for any of them like this till this time? WHY NOT? Why is this huge cry against N Modi of Gujarat only, just to cover muslim vote bank?

Hoprabuddin was an underworld man wanted in so many murders and extortion. Along with him another hindu mafia man was also killed. His name does not figure at all because the case will be diluted. In Maharashtra many muslim underworld criminals were killed in encounters. There were many chotta rajan's men also died in encounter. Why there is no CBI enquiry? Do you think not even one was fake encounter?
