Modi and his government are the worst type of terrorists because they facilitated the killings of very same innocent people whom they were under constitutional oath to protect. The crimes of Modi are at par with Milosevic and other Balkan state leaders whom International community is trying for war crimes. Modi should also be treated in the similar manner.

Nobody says that Milosevic and Hitler had no supporters. In fact very commited supporters. But that doesnt mean they commited crimes and should not be tried.

Despite all investigating agencies at their disposal the congis could not get any evidence against M0di. If there are any evidences, they would have punished him long long back. Talking in the air is not proof to prosecute any one.
The Supreme Court had asked the CBI to investigate the matter after the state CID failed to make much headway in the case. The CBI has to file a status report the apex court by July
