Look who is talking, as if Andhra is any better?? Also don't forget how Odias used to whoop Telugu Azz only 500 years back.We are half your population and still occupy almost same land as you do, Telugus are known cowards whereas Kalingas are known for their bravery.Forgot Kalinga war??
Govt. Para and military forces should have planned and should plan now to operate from outside.
Don't be TRAPPED INTO intrusions into Kashmir(and tribal areas) and be puppet of Local politicians/players and external terror makers.
Don't be a reaction or target point for locals that terrorist use. We don't need anything from kashmir in terms of revenue or money.
The same model we need for tribal areas. Stop the encroachment of land/resources and arms supply from outside.
When locals and tribal ask for help, plan a help such that forces don't fall into a trap.
Intelligence and not intrusion is the answer.
No external people or politician or moist/naxals need to travel in TRIBAL AREAS.
FOR KASHMIR, Provide surveillance and protection when politicians travel or meet people mostly by the police backed up by the forces. If politicians need cover then put their residence outside of terror areas.
Goal should be to operate from outside, minimal intrusion only when help is needed.
Let the locals settle their own score.
If any local feels at high risk, he can move outside in secure zones (dis-armed and fenced) outside troubled areas and reside along side Forces (military and para-militia ).
DON'T USE THE FORCES AS CANNONS in troubled areas. Effective blockade, effective blockade of weapons in better answer and effective surveillance is better answer. NO INTRUSION and intrusion on when locals want and without falling in traps.

Orrisa's populated with antihindu people and its their policy to fight against govt.
UPA government has assured that in 7 yrs they can control this. In last 7 days it is 3rd incident. It means 365/7 = 51 per year or 51 * 7 = 357 more incidents we will have to see. every incident is taking life of on an average 10 men so by this almost 3570 more common people are going to die in coming 7 yrs. Still our army says it they are not required.. What are they are for ..damn it...this UPA government should be voted out..a humble request to all

Army is for defending the Nation fron external forces, not to kill its own peoples. Now your predection is wrong. In Orisa and Gujrat 40& 675 peoples killed in span of few days that does not mean people die every day. Army role should be limited other wise we will create another pakistan

Dude that is a minimum prediction..no nobody can estimate it..If we can break this mental block that Army is for external enimies that it can give better result...
Here if you focus more on problem than proving someone right or wrong than it would be great..

Then the best opotion is to bring the trouble prone States under Presidents' Rule.This is the only way to neutralise the strength of the destructive local politicians.

Andhra police are killing Maoists like dogs, so much so that their top leaders dont venture anywhere close to AP because of fear of getting encountered.
