Athithi Devo Bhava,raping forigner is equal to sleeping his own female family members.Being a woman US citizen should not allow anyone to her personal zone.Working not to profit charity what she got from Indians.

Ladies could be given a device which generates a shock of at least 2500 volts which can disable man for hours or provide them with very dirty odour perfume as repellant !!

such innovative electrical devices should take care of at least 10 men in a group if they try to attack a girl. Just touching with the device should work and no chaging should be required for atleast 10 times repeated use.

I can give you similarity with mosquito killer Racket which is 2500 V and One watt output machine. You may be required to increase wattage to suit reasonable shock with modified design.
The commissioner stands for full responsibility due to his earliar visit. The american should be protected even from law makers. The victim is another such foreigner here in the rapping list.
Its surprising...I have travelled to many countries for my work...US,UK,Thailand,singapore...But no were will you ever get people like Indians who keep on staring at people.This is annoying for any female. Even in UK and singapore, the only people who stare at women are Indians/pakistanis/bangladeshis, even the srilankans are well mannered when it comes to women.
Its amazing we indians truely got some thing genetic disorder surely...

Darling...many Indians are still from rural societies that have never seen foreigners before. So it is only natural that they stare. You haven't probably been to very many countries in your lifetime, and have probably just started travelling, so you have very little clue as to what goes on in many many parts of the world and what went on several decades ago even in the west. I and my female relatives (wearing saree) were objects of plenty of stares and curious looks in many parts of Europe several decades ago, where people had never seen a woman in a saree or had never even seen a saree before. I'd have kids surrounding my table staring at me because they had never seen a brown-skinned person before.
Everything takes time. You really sound ignorant and silly when you bring in genes. Is stupidity in the Indian genes too? Sigh!
I feel ashamed and sorry when I travel and see this written on every truck.But what is this? can we call ourselves a civiilsed people. The only solution is to cut the tool from the root to remind him lifelong the ultimate of wrongdoing.

I think India is one of the most uncivilized countries in the world. After 5000 years of so called civilization we do not even know how to stand in a queue. For a person who values civility, it is a misfortune to be born in India.

There is the US embassy around the corner, you know. The queue might be very long, but that shouldn't stop you, I am sure! lol
