Say - step cut, jagged cut ....your friendly neighbourhoodMullah can be trained in it! All he needs is a blunt blade to make a cutlet! Would the cutting be done in a halal friendly matter?
This is rediculous. How can Iran issue list of hair cuts to its citizens. When did Iran government became barber. Come on you people of muslim countries wake up and throw these irresponsible governments in iran, saudi,middle east out of power.
