This is a regular operation for thespecialized anti naxalcombat team called as 'greyhounds' as part of the combing operation in naxl infested areas of AP.
They do not accept rule of law and run their own Kangaroo courts , How does it matter to them if encounter is fake or real. Mind it fake encounter is illegal only from point of view of Indian Law and as Naxalis don't believe in Indian Law or governance and see thier crimes as war they deserved to be killed in any way they can be killed.
More encounters and killing of naxal leadership is required , If the encounter is fake so be it.

ok Fake encounter and r.ape is illegal as per Indian Law since you naxalis don't believe in law and want to throw burgeous state it is perfectly legal if jawans r.ape ur a.s.s
These are specialized anti naxal combat team who does nothing but chase and shoot them. It could be fake encounter also-but these r expers in these opertions. CRPF should take a cue from them.
At last some good news. Way to go AP Police. CRPF should not lose heart. They can also do the same. Kill that rabid dog Kishan from West Bengal first. Am so happy that I'm going to treat my friends.
