You may live....
by Tom Dick on Jul 04, 2010 02:10 PM

You may live up to a hundred ...you may get run over by a truck any time....:) with the kind of increase in road accidents, it will be interesting to do a research on the probabilities of being run over by a vehicle in India!

Healthy living is more important than long living
by Sukhmeet Singh on Jul 04, 2010 12:53 PM

A person may live for 110 yrs but if he or she is not healthy than its not worth it... also to become dependent on others adds to misery...

so a short and joyful trip is more desired than a long and painful journey

First introduce mercy killing, we have already more than 115 crore population, many unwanted people are occupying hospital beds, and other places, actually they also want to die, but legality is the main cause of their miseries.

Many who live a long life often are unproductive parasites on society (such as this Brazilian guy).

Another issue- These idiot molecular biologists always come up with DNA sequences for everything- from longevity to reasons for stupidity. Yet to see any benefits of DNA sequencing.

Arungopal, do you think you are worth living? do you think your father, mother and family members are worth living? Had your father slept one hour before on that night, the population had been less by one useless person.

How much years person is giong to live is not a matter. Whether he is going to live with self respect, without hurting anybody, but without tolrating injustice is the matter of facts. as far as India is concerned such things are totally absent. Here nobody can live with self respect without bend against politicians, press, judicary & burocrats. This is applicable to all 120 crore population.

Length of life
by Sheetal Kaur on Jul 02, 2010 03:41 PM  | Hide replies

A persons life span can not be predicted regardless of what scientist say.
How long is a string?
Ask yourself.
A persons life is one breadth long .Any more and it is a bonus.
the breadth you inhale weather you are going to exhale it only the good lord knows it and not scientists.
THE BREADTH YOU HAVE INHALED IS THE ONE THAT BELONGS TO YOU THE NEXT ONE IS LORDS WISH IF IT IS ALLOWED OR NOT.

Ok, she missplet "breath" as "bredth". But what she is trying to communicate is true.
