We used to have a text book, and one of the chapters was titled: First weigh the words before you utter them. No wonder Atal Bihari Vajpayeeji always waited before he spoke the next sentence. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the lesson many times ever since, for I speak and write trash sometimes. Its all my fault.

The phrase goes like this: LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP,THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK. Not only Atal Bihari Vajpayeeji next time you have a conversation with any older person such as your grandfather listen carefully how they converse with you or nay one else if you are sitting near two elders who are conversing among them self. Modern generation do not have the art or know the value of a good conversation. It is all hit and run. It is all meaning less shouting most of the time.

There is no need to sign any declarations with Pakistan until they end their policy of terrorism.
The statement by the then foreign secretary is surprising. He must have been directly involved with the statement before it was ready to be released. Interestingly, this person is being considered now for the post of National Security Adviser!! Rediff should investigate as to who is/are the backers of this now retired official. What makes him so coveted that even after retirement he is being considered for this position of utmost imprortance.

Thank God I am no longer an Indian citizen. I felt ashamed of calling myself an Indian. It was like a stigma.
