A bad loser, Deve Gowda can sttop to any low in politics for power. An extremely venomous, stealth, slimy, scheming 24/7 petty politician who became the prime minister of India by accident (by nation's misfortune) at least needs to maintain the dignity of the title (ex-PM) while his own the devil may care. What a pity, this old man still lingers on in the political theatre and feeding grass for the hungry media.

Gowda is a village level politician. Even when he was PM he used to run back home even for trivial issues at Hardanahalli.
