Simulation as the word suggests only brings similarilty and no actuality therefore the person designing the simulator should be loaded with all actual info and should also be able to comprehend actual situations faced. Else he may land up showing a dog with elephant ears knowing that an elephant has two big ears and is a four legged animal. A good simulator would therefore require a sound base knowledge.
