Forget Tamil ealem
by northie on Feb 16, 2010 05:56 AM

Why are we talking about TE when our own brothers in Telengana don't have the freedom to live life normally in Andhra Pradesh. Our Telenganite brothers need to find a way to break this oppression without violence. They need to stop all economic activities until the Andhrites buckle under the weight of their own doing. Telengana can than proper as an independent state in its own right with its own people, to move forward economically, socially and culturally without the double handed oppression of Andhras.

All divisive movements all over, are malignant growths
by mammen antony on Feb 15, 2010 05:47 PM

All divisive movements all over, are malignant growths, once that illegitimate thought is installed in the minds of the hoi polloi, even the installers will find it difficult to reverse it.The entire world hailed the surgical tactics employed to wipe out terror from the Island nation.See the malignant growth slowly and steadly relapsing, and may get worse this time, provided proper popular policies are introduced to unify the Nation and do away with ehtnic overtures, and post Rajapakshe enthronement triggers more troubles, as long as the the ugly feud between Fonseca and the State persist.
