Mr Murali,the terrorist or insurgent will always have the upper hand because he chooses the time and place of attack. No country has resources to deploy security forces all over the nation, not even US,UK,Germany or France.

Only problem with that reasoning is that the shiv sena has never resorted to bomb attacks in the past. Especially if the attacks are directed at foreigners and jews, he natural suspicion falls on Muslim jeehadi organizations.

Any comparison of India with US and Europe is an insult to the average intelligence of an Indian. On one hand, it is the most powerful nation USA and on the the other is one of world's poorest country India! What a contrast!
