General awareness should get encouraged;only that way we can be able to evert such mishaps.
I suggest sudden checking drills & mock drills for better tuning of our administrative /security preparedness in the event of an real accident!

The vendor who noticed the bomb must be given a pat on his back . He has averted a great danger that was looming in the air and was threatening the peace of Kolkata. But Kolkata must be cautious . This may just be a tip of the iceberg. Security person can only help those who help themselves. The vendor showed the way to do it. Congratulation.
