how a can someone else try to do the job for you when your neighbour(India) do not wants to do it. and without resolving your neighbour's problem how you can demand a UNSC seat? what you expected to do after getting it? We should know that UNSC seat do not mean only veto power, its a seat to play a constructive role in world.
