Lately, 31st. Dec's Last few Hours have become a source of Headache and Nuisance for Old, Sick and Samll kids due to High levels of Noise levels.
To add to their woes, the irresponsible State Govt of Congress NCP just to divert the peoples anger from land scam, and high prices and placate them relaxed the celebration time extended the High Noise levels right upto 5.AM the next day, giving these vulnerable sections sleepless night, disturbed sleep and physical hardships.
Such Adhoc Relaxation of Celebration time beyond 10PM, Night should be strongly frowned and criticised by the Old, & Sick and warn the govt that by appeasing one section of society they are only ending up in annoying the weaker section of the society.

well, do we have ny choice?? our IT industry cannot innovate and I cannot innovate because I'm a regular CSC engineer from India with no creativitiy..
America is providing us work and that is the truth, can any IT worker on projects deny that they have worked on Amwerican comopany project?? AMerican lawmakers make the rules and Americans vote for them...
