diversify and combine the final art in bangalore or delhi,

rocket/aircraft/satellite/nuclear development, we cannot have it all concentrated in bangalore or hyd or mumbai. india needs diversity of people and location. involve private sector as well.

integration can be bangalore or delhi, launch can be at sea shore.

lot of integration checking is done to check electronic without fuel ... and there is certain way to check with fuel on land.

and proper orientation/hire of people. those people who cannot be lured by money, fame and prizes.

though people of india dont identify with political nexxus i.e bjp-congress anymore.

India should get its priorities right
by Common Man on Dec 25, 2010 08:31 PM

Like previous failures, this one too will be forgotten with time. But, the real question is whether India can afford such expensive pursuits, albeit in the name of scientific glory. It must realize that in a country where millions are dieing of starvation and poor health care, it can't afford such luxuries and let crores of rupees be spent like this. Its responsibility is first to fulfill the basic needs of its citizen, not to compete with the developed nations on frontiers fraught with failures.

no it failed because scientists in control of rocket could not take their mind of GUJARAT RIOTS and hence caused an error.
