SOMETHING IS ROTTEN IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA!
by Kabeer on Dec 15, 2010 04:23 PM  | Hide replies

They famously quoted Hamlet by saying SOMETHING IS ROTTEN IN ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT aping Hamlet SOMETHING IS ROTTEN IN THE STATE OF DENMARK.

After Former CJI of Supreme Court KG.Balakrishnan cleverly denied Madras High Court CJI Gokales report do not contain any mention or name of any Cabinet Minister, he was aping Mahabharat- ASHWATTHAMAH HATAH; KUNJARAH!

Balakrishnan did not deny Justic Reghpatis report which actually contained A.Rajas name which was enclosed with Justice Gokhales report.

Balakrishnan cleverly said that Justice Gokhales report do not contain any Ministers name (which is true) but did not mention that the enclosed Justice Reghupatis report actually contained A Rajas name.

KG Balakrishnan is clever and can not be prosecuted for telling a lie as he deliberately misled the nation by not telling the truth.

Another instance, recently Supreme Court has formally used the word KEEP which is neither proper English nor an appropriate judicial jargon but a crude Indian expression.

These two incidents are sufficient to say that

SOMETHING ROTTEN IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA!

If they roll the law books..
by alagu achari on Dec 15, 2010 04:12 PM

If they ask the law book for punishing these people, it will not be done. These minister and co knows the law very well. It is already known that madras HC judges appointed always work for the ruling party. Tamilnadu University Vice chancellors, Top police officials (latika charan), Top officials of most departments are just working for the political parties. DMK is running a worst governance.
