Parliamentary System would work with only one option,that is by abolishing the rule of absolute majority and introducing the rule of simple majority for governance by any Political Party.This could give a deadly blow to horse trading by any political party involving change of hands of crores of Rupees.This again would ensure that excepting the two main parties like Congress and BJP,other parties on the fringe involving Lalus,Mayas,Mulayams,Ammas,Gowdas,are on side lines.And as for the road block created in the smooth functioning of the Parliament,let BJP and Congress iron it out mutually.But i am sure, no Political Party worth its name would agree for the change of rule as stated above and any Bill to that effect is sure to be defea ted in Parliament as it destroys the very source of income for the Politicians of any hue and color.
