Is it true that PM advised Sarkozy against this as it would hurt the sentiments of a particular community?

Sarkozy's statement is just like music to the ears of India audience. He is here to sign some agreements with kickbacks and then fly back to home

Atleast Sarkozy is forthright when compared to the inept & cunning Obama. Obama bowed the Japanese way in Tokyo, did the Saudi style Marhaba / Salam with the King in Riyadh but didnot care two hoots about a namaste with two hands in Delhi. And Obama,as usual, played for the ISI and Pakis in the language he used. Atleast Sarkozy said it plainly to Pak.

Showing our helplessness.
by Punjabi on Dec 07, 2010 02:39 PM  | Hide replies

Whenever some important personality from important world power comes to India we showcase our helplessness. Why do we do that? Can't we take action on our own. The terrorists and their sponsors need firm answer. Just blast them off. What are we afraid of? Its better to die one day than dying every day by living at under fear.

UPA is coward govt.

Do you expect them to respond...

These politicians would respond only if their own close relative is killed
