a way to look at it.

..... everything you read in indian english newspaper is advertisement from end to end. this is now so well established that the media need not now pretend to be objective. wikileaks don't have useful value nearly as much as the radia tapes.

when corruption pervades the politics, it is not far distant that it infects the other activities like profesional administration at all level, journalism and visual media, educational institutions, public health services, finance and banking, etc. etc. To say the journalism and media is not affected and that all the top journalists are god like charecters is deceiving oneself.

If one were to scrutine the presentation of news and opinions of the leading media persons and the organisations critically, it will be apparent that the they look at with partisan look. it can come with either corrupt tendencies or their identity with individual politicians, parties and communal intersts.

the politicians by virtue of their profession cannot be impartial. they will override the trangression of the media and corrupt administration if they were to get the benefit.

To avoid such pitfalls, the civil administration should be well organised, respected, honest, sincere, , paid decently but not pittance. with multiculturalism being the dominant reality in the Indian environment, it is essential that the one who helps to take correct decisions and to implement them, are non partisan, honest and sincere. the primary set of people, who need necessarily and compulsorily to have such traits are the civil administrators. In civil services, we can find even on present days, several such people. the thumb rule to find them is their proximity/distance to the cabinet ministers.

A tiger becomes a man-eater when it gets old and weak; age is not the determinant, it is the weakness. These presswallahs who are in the business of paidnews are mostly so, because they are financially not strong enough to compete on news gathered normally.

Similar issues afflict other institutions, be it education, or governance or private houses. Hence, it may be spurious correlation which lead to blaming corporates, or proximity to corporates for such baneful incluences.

Value creation and ethics are deeply inter-related, an inspirational relationship we can not fathom, but as long as there is some scope for competition, the genuine value creators can create the discernment to render the fake irrelevant. It is to such market place of ideas, rendering increasing quality outputs thanks to fresher talent moving into the industry we look forward to. Niti and niyat by creating the right kind of camaraderie for team think always prevail.

The dominant media always lies as they invest in the stock exchange and keep the Sensex up
-----------
Sensex is no real measure of Indian progress, but goes up or down because someone puts real money into or out of the share markets. Investor puts in real judgement, else parts with his money.

Businesses need to also sell information about their products and about their institutional needs and plans. The rosy picture syndrome is inevitable, part of the game, we can pass it.

If anything is needed, it is to create a postively reinforcing relationship between the Fourth Estate and the corporate sector, one which dignifies both institutions if the dignity is justifiable. For there is a continuity in value stream which flows in our societal institutions of diverse kind and it is not always denominated in money terms, but the imapct of prosperity level is manifest in it, so money does matter. The real question is in what form and when do we extract it from the vast system of institutional value creation. However for sanctity, only art can convey the value as attempted here below.

Placed words
--------------------
Words placed; do not always gain by association.
Not in the world of arts, not even in Ads,
Where words sell wares,
Where words sell words.

For instance in realms of Indian care,
Most words do not quite invoke the despair,
As does the phrase 'bazaar woman'.
The same term bazaar though is germane,
Mostly welcomed as prosperity's thoroughfare.

I don’t mind people making money out of news, as long as they are trying to moderate and balance between their own aspirations, attractions, own personal circumstances and their social responsibilities.

People who become rigid with their ideological stand they are brutally silenced or are unable to sustain themselves “Fingers which don’t bend, they break.”, To play a long inning, its always necessary to be flexible and let the circumstances decide about what should be the right course of action, whether to play aggressive/ defensive or play tricks.

Its not only actions which decide whether we are right or wrong, circumstances and intention also matters. For example if for safety of children, I tell them that there is a big demon standing outside the door, so that they don’t go out while I am not watching. Then one day when they grow up and find that I was fooling them, I don’t think they will want to punish me because they will understand I was lying for their own safety and well being.

On the other hand if I tell children that I will open the door for the demon if they don’t serve me for free and do whatever I want, then one day they will grow up and know that I was exploiting them and that would be very bad time for me.

Death is also that kind of unexplored door and many religions/ ideologies want to take advantage of that unknown but there life is very short i

…… they appear and disappear like rainy season rivers.

The only religion/ideology which survives for ever within society is Humanity, according to which laws, righteousness, virtues, dharma, all are made for benefit and well-being of humans and society, humans are not made to be sacrificed for something which we believe is correct.

Anyway coming back to the topic, rather than trying to swim against the flow of river and getting tired soon, its always better to swim across with the flow and reach safety of dry land. Like other people in the market, media people also got to make money for their living and they also got peer pressure, relative and family pressure to buy car and expensive gadgets and look rich and influential.

To balance things, make sure that expecting money or reward for a news/opinion does not become a habit but if some highly powerful people or groups insist too much on paying for favourable news or not only threat but got the capacity to fulfil there threat against you, then its better to go with the flow and do something intelligent.

If people get very angry with their criticism or got huge stakes in getting favourable opinion, then accept the money and praise them so much that the praise start feeling to be joke and sarcasm. In Hindi its called “Badi-Izzat-Sae-Bejati-Karna”, learn the art of insulting with great Respect !! If not overtly then you can build the opinion of public subtly

I am able to write here, thats enough voice for me.

You cannot always make loud noise and strikes like a blacksmith, sometimes making faint and weak noises with hammer, like a goldsmith do, gives more value and returns!!
