BC/SC/ST = 90% population have 18 ministers
FC = 10% population have 21 ministers

This is the reason why Telangana is seeking autonomy.

Where did you get those statistics. In AP the population ratio is FC:BC:SC:ST = 50.5:27:15:7.5. Porki go to Porkista.

Wrong. Reddy belong to the BC community and so do Velamas, Kapus, Choudhurys etc. In fact, this ministry is simply an assortment all BCs, 90% BCs and 10% other communities which is not in vogue with the population.

I do not know about india, but in AP Reddy's themselve account for 18% of population not to speak of other OC's like Kammas, Velamas, bramhins, raju's, velamas etc.. so please stop giving false numbers

Why? Jagan is a small kid before the manipulative anti india It0li0n and her conparty. I will not be surprised even if the scoundrel KCR merges his party with the conparty and confuses the generally ignorant and innocent TG people.

Reasons
1. Economy is in the shambles. Guj refused to sell power to AP, citing economic reasons.
2. Dissidence will grow. All those who are refused ministerial berths, will join either Jagan or KCR.
3. KCR and co will come to the roads, and many MLAs and MPs in T will be forced to resign, in the months of Jan/Feb.
4. There is every possibility for consititutional breakdown.
5. President rule looks very certain.

What all you stated are logical and reasonable expectations. I do not deny that. But I am scared to think of the enormous success the anti india it0li0n had so far in dividing our society. I will not be surprised if CBI links KCR and Jagan to the 2G Spectrum and put them behind bars or investigate the matters for eternity. If she can break the family of YSR (The criminal factionist - may his soul rest in peace) with a small crumb in the ministry, she can do anything as the leaders we have elected are of the lowest calibre.

BJP is just better than the anti india it0li0n led conparty. It is unfortunate that we do not have leaders like Patel and Shastri. All we have is the legacy of the anti india MKGandhi, JL Nehru!

39-member new cabinet:- as far as I know the ministry making should not exceed 10% of the total strength of the house of 294 in AP State. It should be 30 member ministry.

How come this 39-member new cabinet allowed to take oath ???

Is there any separate rule for the scamgress party (Cong-I) ruled states ?

MLCs/rajyasabha MPs are allowed to become not just ministers but also CMs/PMs. Rosaiah (exCM) is an MLC and MMS (current PM) is a rajaysabha MP.

Congress failed to realize the potential of NTR by refusing a MP seat. As a result Congress was shunted out of AP for 25 years.
Chandrababu Naidu failed to realize the potential of KCR by not making him a Minister. As a result TDP is shunted out of AP for 10 years.
Now Congress has failed to realize the potential of Jagan by not making him Chief Minister after 150 out of 157 MLAs sought it.
As a result Congress will be shunted out of AP forever like in TN.
