Congress govt. in the garb of UPA is responsible for that. Congress is always comprimising with security of our motherland.UPA govt. has already surrendered to China and U.S.A. Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi along with MMS are all reponsible for pathetic security sitution of India.
I am working on a French design for corvettes for a another country and the attitude and lack of information has delayed the project drastically. Same thing has happened with Scorpene Subs in MDL, they are also suffering with same problems with too many design flaws, which takes more thank months to solve ans sometimes whole design has to be reviewed for systems. Its much better to design our own submarines and use all technological genius gaine by Indian professionals. After All if you see in France and russia our designer are playing an important role
And corruption is a fundamental right in india, I WILL NOT BE SURPRIZED IF NONE OF OUR MILITARY HARDWARE WORKS WHEN THERE IS AN ATTACK ON INDIA AND OUR MILTARY MIGHT ON PAPER GETS REDUCED TO A BOGUS CLAIM.

100% correct. No division in Hindus..we are united and want to be united.
we have millions of $$ to donate to pakistan for is exceptional work of terrorism against India then how come we wont have money to bbuy submarines?.. may be the reporter is wrong may be submarines are not at all as necessary as "being a good neighbour"

which map are u looking at? If u go to china then u may see Kashmir as disputed land so they won't show in their world map, so as we don't incl tibet in China map. And, talking abt Barma, Bangaldesh, Pak and China have occupied 50% in last 100 years.. Do u think 63yrs b4 we were independent? So, don't talk non-sense abt false propaganda.
