its very sad that people like this guy commit such crimes in foreign countries, which results in india's reputation being badly affected. Vecause of such incidents, others are suspicious of us and attack us in australia.
Great Australias law & order constitution .In INDIA he would have escaped rom Punishement and look he already in Jail for 400 odd days with out BAIL.In India we would have taken more than 4000 Days for verdict
The punishment is popular. We are not punishing this much. The victim should be given monetary benefit. Normaly an Indian has to sustain so many problems created in that country.
