Centre should help and make the local Tourism and cottage industry fructify to its max potential. For that to happen first normalcy must be brought in K with the help of mainstream polical parties there.So far the Muftis have not even had the compunction to appeal to the stone pelters not to indulge in it and not damage public property.So, first the centre must make the mainstream political parties to take responsibility and bring some sanity there.Centre just keeps pumping easy subsidy funds,especially into the Valley out of Indian tax payers'money w/o creating proper congenial environment there which is proving disastrous.We have had enough of 'reaching out'.It is now the turn of Kashmiris to reach out to us.
In 1950, Indians who cared for us & our future, proposed UNIFORM CIVIL CODE to enforce discipline, obedience in all of us irrespective of religion/caste/language, UNIFORM POPULATION CODE irrespective of religion/caste/language to eliminate poverty, have no inflation, map resources to population so that we have no shortage, UNIFORM EDUCATION CODE where in discipline, obedience, respect for life, humility, follow moral values all in accordance, removal of illiteracy would be given importance. UNFORTUNATELY, the secular parties said any uniformness will destroy India as a particular religious community which is the vote bank of secular parties did not like it. Isnt secularism means that votes should be sought on basis of religion, caste and religion. Then why are our secular parties interested in seeking votes based on religion? Isnt it the main reason in 1947our nation was divided because a secular leader wanted us to be divided on basis on religion. Why are so called secular parties destroying us again by reminding us of religion,caste. They are preparing India for so many partitions and break up.
As per my view, Govt, should stop all type of developmental work in the Kashmir valley & think seriously , what the Kashmiris want. When the local people here want secession from India, then after taking into consideration the views of Kashmiri Pandits, Sardars, Gujjar, Bakarwal, Hill tribes, GOVT. should do away with this part or scrap article 370.

since before this high level meeting, unforyunatelu ragarangan comitte were held but bear no fruit. it is an mere eyewash for the world community. kashmirs are not fighting for jobs but independence!
