sonia is busy changing rahul baba diapers, he messed it up, sonia used pagdi of MMS as diaper for rahul due to inflation, by this action of hers she shows solidarity with the poor people.
Everytime KMC or WB Govt is being blamed for some of the building collapses in Kolkata and else where in West Bengal. Thane collapse proves that Maha Govt can also be blamed equally. With all the condolence for the dead and the affected, we the Bengal residents are saying this with the sorrow in our minds.

blame the maha govt. or the corrupt employees of the state govt. who give building permits and give occupancy certificates without inspection and verification of structural soundness
whetehr it's cong or bjp or shiv sena or MNS, this is NOT a governmnetal lapse

This corrupt India whether Bengal or Maharashtra or New Delhi corruption is same everywhere. people die for lack of good governance and law and order due to corruption to manage illegal settlements and constructions .
