No Matter what/who/how..if their is no proof of anything then, everyone responsible for Anderson leaving country should be held accountable. Period. That included, from Jailer, Collector, Commissioner, Chief secretary, Chief Minister, Home Minister, Law Minister, Prime Minister. Everyone should be help accountable and be punished for their involvement in the process.

What a irresponsible statement by PC. Mr.PC and congress leaders if you don't know who is allowed Andreson out then better get out of government. 25 years have gone and you have used your CBI and all government machineries to save Anderson, Qutrochi and Gandhi familiy. Chidambram and Manmohan singh should bow your heads with shame. One wonders how com proactive judicery is silent on all Congress leaders cases. Why is gandhi family is above the law
as because nobody knows who called ,then it was GOD's voice which called and as it was GOD's(MARADONA's) hand which lifted world cup similarly this GOD's voice was MAADONA's voice CBI should look into this matter at the earleest and take MARADONA into remand for questioning

So when it happened, there was congress government in centre, and in state. Both have no information about who ordered what? Surprisingly our bureaucracy who do not budge and perform their intended duty even when you have all required papers, did everything without any paper trail or approval?
This is WHITE LIE.
Arjun said maine nahi kiya..Narsimha Rao ne Kiya and Rajiv did not know about it? Even if NR did it, what is the proof with arjun that NR did it?
Will our courts accept this reasoning from a Jailor, who let go a criminal from his jail and tell them that he did not do it?
Then why is Republic of India accepting that from a CM, who was responsible for the state and allowed to let go a criminal, claiming that then Home Minister ordered it , without a proof that something like that happened?
In absence of any proof, shouldn't we held Arjun Singh responsible, for releasing the culprit, as he was the CM of the state?
We need to urgently Fix our system, where people get power but they do not share the responsibility. We need to clearly attach the power with the intended responsibility, where as execution of power will depend on proper execution of responsibility.
Ragul is the present episode director of All India Congress Party.. it is an utter shame that the opposition is unable to nail the ruling party for this terrible issue.. Arjun Singh's family is yet to receive portfolios from congress party, he cannot utter any secret against his party.. congress is really enjoying with the tactics of Arjun.. Arjun Singh and Rajiv are solely responsible for the safe exit of Anderson.. this is the mockery of democracy..

f Arjun Singh agreed that he ordered to arrest Andreson, then who have rights to direct Arjung Singh or other to leave him? It is only Judiciary system who have rights or any one from center. 2nd Rajeev Gandhi was PM and foreign minister, so there is no way if Rao ordered to leave him and Rajeev even dont know. If so too its Rajeev's mistake and if you have no logical brain to claim that we dont know who allowed Andreson to leave.
Stop fooling people.
A goon was killed in encounter by Gujurat police, CBI is able to reach so many people but a person who is responsible to kill 15000 to 25000 people CBI not able to reach. Let me tell you one thing, Rajeev is equal culprit in front of law that he allowed Andreson.
Eventhough Rajeev is no more, he should get punishment and whole trial again Rajeev should happen and keep him in a list of criminal.

You r very right my friend the whole ministry is to be blamed and the leader is responsible for the achievements or the mistakes.it was the foolishness of the ministry andsee Mr Arjun had ordered to arrest Mr Anderson In U,S.A.
