HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS BY INDIAN FORCES....... REQUIRED SOLUTION
by anshuman on Aug 06, 2010 01:51 PM  | Hide replies

WORK SHOULD HAVE TO BE DONE BY HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANISATION IN KASHMIR. ALREADY, HUMAN RIGHTS ARE VIOLETED BY TERRORISTS, PAK MILITARY & INDIAN MILITARY IN JAMMU & KASHMIR, ESPECIALLY REGARDING WOMEN. THE INDIAN MILITARY WHICH MAKE CONSTANT BREACH OF HUMAN RIGHTS MORE AGGRESSIVELY REGARDING WOMEN & CHILDREN IN KASHMIR & OTHER PART OF THE COUNTRY WHERE TERRORISM PREVAILS, IN CIVIL LIFE ALSO INDIAN MILITARY MAKE HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION REGARDING WOMEN & CHILDREN. USA & UK SHOULD HAVE TO INTERVENE IN KASHMIR & BRING THEIR FORCES IN J&K TO SOLVE THE DISPUTE OF KASHMIR & ACT AS A REGULATOR OVER THE PAKISTANI ARMY & INDIAN FORCES.

INDIAN MILITARY & PARAMILITARY FORCES OF INDIA ARE FOUND MANY TIMES REGARDING HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS, BUT THE MILITARY LAW ALWAYS PROTECT THEM FROM ACTION. THEY SHOULD HAVE TO COME IN THE AMBIT OF CIVIL LAW. KASHMIRI PEOPLE ARE ALSO HUMAN BEINGS & NOT SEX MACHINES AND THEY HAVE ALSO THE RIGHT TO LIVE WITH PEACE & HONOUR, WHICH THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING SINCE INDEPENDENCE.

Its a Political Game
by janesh kumar on Aug 06, 2010 01:46 PM

Take strong steps instead of taking soft action for long time... Omar is one of the capable CM and he really works for state developments. don't bother what should be the response of other countries, this is the internal matter of our country. If anyone use common public for creating problem they should get punished.
