Shayan Munshi is a shame !
by ANIRBAN MANDAL on Apr 19, 2010 04:51 PM

He denied his earlier testimony and played pivotal in Manu acquital by saying he didn't know hindi and he signed in Hindi testimony made by Police while he continued acting in Hindi films.
How come all these bollywood and modeling world celebs are so coward and liars.
Salman khan who keep pounding bad guys on screen fled from the scene after mowing down ppl by drunk driving and ppl still worship him.

It's good they died. If they lived, then god knows how many more Indians would have lost lives. In a way, they're still killing people in the shape of Muslimised Kangress.

Perjury
by Balan Iyer on Apr 19, 2010 03:38 PM

Sabrina Lal the mother of slain Jessica Lal
demanded punishment for Shyam Munshi for Per
jury.If there is death threat from one side
for being witness and stiff punishment from
other side for perjury, there would be no wit
nesses forthcoming in the future cases.Hence
crime pertaining to murder would go on unabated
It is a matter of great satisfaction for all of us that the ends of Justice are met. Now,we
wait for the closing of Nitesh Kataria murder
case on similar lines.

One less bihari in world will not solve problem, they are so many of them rotting delhi and bigger cities.

They qualify after raping those harmless books.

Make Perjury a serious offense
by truth serum on Apr 19, 2010 03:38 PM

It's time for the Judiciary to wake up and take serious note of acts of perjury and not just brush it over or, leave it to the victim to take legal action.

Justice denied
by Butyl Sulphonate on Apr 19, 2010 03:33 PM  | Hide replies

Its very unfortunate that Manu Sharma and others have been prosecuted. Manu Sharma is the Son of Kangresh's top functionary in Panjab and yet, the prosecution was allowed to frame the three "innocents" There is no reward for loyalty. The "justice" system is eroded. There is an urgent need to pass a bill in Parliament and exempt these three from the operations of Penal Code.
