Justice denied
by Butyl Sulphonate on Apr 19, 2010 03:32 PM  | Hide replies

Its very unfortunate that Manu Sharma and others have been prosecuted. Manu Sharma is the Son of Kangresh's top functionary in Panjab and yet, the prosecution was allowed to frame the three "innocents" There is no reward for loyalty. The "justice" system is eroded. There is an urgent need to pass a bill in Parliament and exempt these three from the operations of Penal Code.

LIFE SENTENCE is if u r sentenced for 14 yrs they will count day as 1 day and nights as 1 night..and like this term gets completed in 7 to 8 yrs..like each day is counted as 2 days..in sharma's case..they might get away with a bail v.soon..say within 1 year..as they were in jail from longtime..so govt will count the term since the time they were in jail..like this our paralysed system functions..

tytler and sajjan life term is too simple and dignified punishment for them..we must adopt rule from middle-east and in whole public view we must chop their hands and legs.. so that the rest of their life they live everyday and die every second..its unfortunate even a sikh pm has done nothing to secure his community and get them justice.. money cannot buy their husbands/sons/and fathers..centre has no morale to raise fingers on BJP
