The day you resemble a goon in the eyes of the dumb police, you will sing a different song...that is if you survive an encounter....Dude, don't support lawlessness, police has to abide by the laws first before anyone else, simply because they are entrusted with arms by the state on condition and under pledge to use them responsibly and lawfully. There will be anarchy otherwise...trigger-happiness by police is already occuring. The term 'encounter specialists' by itself reeks of lawlessness and should be condemned in no uncertain terms. Police is already getting famous for simply entrapping the innocent to save work and put cases behind them, resulting in the culprits escaping and the innocent finally getting released after wastage of judiciaries time, out of simple lack of adequate evidence. The encounter business born out of this and has to be discouraged in a civil society. The police have to do their jobs properly as is expected of them, not seek shortcuts thru' equally illegal encounters, tantamount to cold blooded murders.

Boss...we don't need the judiciary then! Skrew the laws and let police rule prevail. If small arms don't work, call in the military, who again can use their own sweet discretion as is being advocated for the police by you, to use anything from heavy artillary to nuking from out of their armaments. Role of judiciary to decide who is guilty is being done by police with glorification by media as people lost confidence on collapsed and corrupted judiciary.
Government should come out with laws to reform indian judiciary and clear the indian judiciary occupied by slaves with no quality. Government should respect Article 50 of indian constitution to separate judiciary from executive system.
People should be assured that judiciary does impartial trail and punishes ontime the culprits irrespective of position, rich or poor, and religion. Police should be punished for false encounters and taking law into their hands. Punishing the police with stringent action should set benchmark for police all across india.
Criminals are to be punished but legally through judiciary but not by police through encounters. Then what would be the difference between criminals and police(legalised criminal network).
