So what does the director say? What crashed into the twin towers? A housefly? Conspiracy theorists are amazing...if you can't even believe your own eyes, what do you believe? It is one thing to have theories about what has not been witnessed, quite another to drum them up when the entire world saw something.

Compare US and India
by Guest on Sep 11, 2009 06:03 PM  | Hide replies

After 9/11 in US, there is not even a single incident happened. The security is tight and even today people have not forgot the seriousness. But in India, there are more than 20 attacks including Bombay Taj Massacre, Local railway bombs, Assam blasts, Delhi blasts, Bangalore blasts and the incidents goes on and on..Politicians are useless and just give speeches. A country is what their people are. The people has to be serious. A common man has to be serious and keep watching the neighbourhood. The islamic attackers have ruined india for the past 1000 years and still continuing this havoc.

Americans or Westerners don't have the kind of spirit and vigor that Indians have. After every attack, we forget the incident and get back to normalcy with a care-not attitude. Take for instance the current swine flu. Initially, it was such a huge hype in the media. Now who is caring even if people are dying ? People keep going to work without even taking any precautions. This is the spirit of India

That is true Loan Shark, but if you travel even today in the U.S., the checks are still there as stringent as before. That's what is needed. Consistency and constant pressure. We Indians don't learn from our mistakes, keep repeating the same old mistakes over and over again.

Distorted Morality
by S A on Sep 11, 2009 05:29 PM  | Hide replies

SOMEONE IS REALLY AFRAID OF MY MESSAGE AND REPORTING IT ABUSE... PLS DECIDE WHAT IS WRONG IN THE FOLLOWING MSG:

Watch this documentary "Distorted Morality" by Noam Chomsky to know what you don't want to see.

Q:Who is Mr. Noam Chomsky?

A:Noam Chomsky is a renowned scholar, the founder of the modern science of linguistics, a philosopher, a political and social analyst, a media critic, an author of more than 70 books, a winner of numerous prizes and awards, and ranks with Marx, Shakespeare, and the Bible as one of the 10 most quoted sources in the humanities.

Noam Chomsky offers a riveting but devastating critique of America's current War on Terror--arguing, in fact, that it is a logistical impossibility for such a war to be taking place. Professor Chomsky presents his reasoning with astonishing and refreshing clarity, drawing from a wealth of historical knowledge and analysis.

"Only those who are entirely ignorant of modern history will be surprised by the course of events, or by the justifications that are provided..." ANYONE WHO iS SERIOUS ABOUT TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WORLD EVENTS SINCE SEPTEMBER 11th CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS THIS.

About 'why people do such things' watch another documentary 'Zeitgeist'.

do some imdb or google search if u like.

Have some guts to know the Truth?

He is a marxist of the highest order - much higher than wannabe marxists like barkha dutt, rajdeep sardesai. And trustworthy as a marxist can be - which means zero trustworthiness.

People who are born and brought up in advanced countries, like Noam Chomsky and the Zeitgeist crew, dont understand the driving forces of Islamic Fundamentalism.

People who are against capitalism, while enjoying its benefits (Noam selling tons of useless books and grabbing royalties in US, when he could have easily moved to France, he has enough money to do so) are as reliable as Indian communist party members.

S A, it is interesting that you saw the truth in these two. Before finalizing your mind set google ideachanneltv and look at message from Milton Friedman to see the other point of view that helps you see both sides of the coin and decide it yourself.

If you think what America did actually justified 9/11, then how do these guys explain 10 attacks on India. Before Mumbai attack, India did not even prosecute one person from the many attacks prior. They still attacked Mumbai.

If you really have guts, go to a terrorist camp in Pakistan and ask them why?
