Our Housing Society Office Bearers, Have been Harassing us and Demanding Money from us for no reason, Since 2003.They do not have any Records or Documents of the Amount Money, They keep demanding from us, But very smartly add Interest to that amount Every Year. Only Because we have asked them for an explanation of the amount, which they do not seem to have. They Threaten to Seize our room and Cut our Water Supply, if we dont agree to their Demands.They even sent a letter to the NMMC Ward Officer Water Dept, Nerul , Navi Mumbai. to disconnect our Water supply.. They even send Notices Demanding Money Directly on our Name.Though they have not made us Members till date in the society. Even the Monthly Service Charges we pay every month, even those Receipts are given on the Previous Owners Name. In the Notice sent, their Advocate has demanded 1,000/- Rs One thousand only ,extra for the notice sent , however they demand 16,000/- Rs Sixteen thousand as legal fees.In their other Notice sent by another Advocate to us demanding 1,500/- Rs One thousand five hundred only, extra for the notice sent, however they demand 25,000/- Rs Twenty-five thousand and more as legal fees and litigation etc..Reason best known to them..Why?? Police Station. Haaaaaaa, i am from mumbai since birth all police station is run by the politician [nagar savekh, and thier chamcha]. If some thing wrong happen in the area, people first go to this chamcha people who give bribe to police and accordingly this police men register charge sheet. if you want justice you have to give bribe otherwise this police men will ask you for evidence, certificate, etc... And bad people will easily run away after giving bribe.
Belive me all system is running this way you can't to anything.

My Father Mr. Subhan Shaikh is having a small plot in 'Subashwadi Wandrapada Ambernath West, dist Thana, But some People Mr. Sujith Gaikwaad and Mr. Santosh Patre are forcibly putting there things and opened a caram club there, please help us, i have complaaint it many times, but still they are not moving from there, please please take some necessary action,
in the past british make a policy to rule in india i.e. "divide and rule" who help them and set up their empire. they gone country released but the policy remain as it is? think is is not true! What is the base of our politicians they worked?
A question arrised in my mind that when police is himself do not want to finished illegal business and their harmful survivals, which is directly effecting society and producing anti social elements! How can we understand the responsibilities are on them is fully abided? Here is an example to present "a locality by name cheeta camp" situated in trombay is suffering from "charas and chori" since very long back but local police is not interested to initiate stern steps against them? not ready to destroy this illegal business and its set up?
